Angels FC’s Membership of the Gibraltar Football Association was terminated with immediate effect, and the club is longer be permitted to participate in 2017/2018 GFA Competitions or General Assemblies due to a breach of squad quotas and home grown player rules.
This has an obvious effect on the state of the 2nd Division, which as of yet has not completed its 1st Round of fixtures.
Therefore, the Gibraltar FA have removed Angels FC from the Division and all of their 1st Round fixtures have been voided (the 2nd Division now proceeds as if Angels FC never took part in the league).

This now means FC Olympique 13 move into second in the the league table, 1 point behind the league leaders Europa Point.
